Thanks! I think Haruhi either hasn't noticed that they all have feelings for her . . . or she is blatantly ignoring it and hoping it'll all go away. She really is a very ambitious character, so I think in that sense she and Kyouya can relate to each other better than they can to the others, not that either of them would openly acknowledge it.
I wouldn't phrase it as Kyouya actually being powerless to do anything about it, other than he doesn't actually have any desire to, or he doesn't recognize any desire to, which causes him to not do anything at all. He seems like the type of character who, if he wanted to, he could make the impossible possible . . . which he seems to do repeatedly in canon.
